Prices are always subject to change!

I have the right to reject any commissions before or during if I am not comfortable*

I will NOT accept commission requests from minors as it is not something I am comfortable with. (If you do not have your age in your profile, I will either ask or deny your request.)

If I find out you have plans to use possible commissioned artwork for anything related to AI or NFTs you will be rejected.

If it is brought to my attention after a commission is completed that you used the artwork for AI or NFT related things, you will be permanently blacklisted from any and all open commission slots in the future.

Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through Paypal or Venmo.

At least 25% of the commission must be paid up front when I start the commission. (Especially for larger commissions.) You are welcome to pay the entire thing up front but it is NOT required.

You will not receive the final HD file for the artwork until I have received full payment.

Do NOT send me payment before I have agreed to give you a commission slot and requested you send me the payment.

The time it will take varies from 1 to 4 weeks or more depending on the complexity of the commission as well as health, work and other personal life issues. I will keep up communication with you to let you know if there has been a delay, and you are welcome to check in and ask, within reason.*

Once finished you will receive the full resolution artwork. There is no physical product, though depending on where you are located we can discuss and possibly arrange making a print.

I will keep you updated during the process with screenshots of the sketch, lineart and coloring (if your commission includes it) and during that process you will be allowed 3 rounds of changes included in the price of the commission.

Fees will be added if you want something changed on the final artwork unless it was a miscommunication or misunderstanding on my part.

Please have decent references for what you’d like me to do, otherwise it will be hard for me to do what you have requested of me. If you’re having a hard time, feel free to just ask me and for the most part I am down to help you find or figure out references.

I, Rae Dease (the artist):

I reserve the right to cancel or refund the commission at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio or etc.

You (the customer/commissioner):

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social channels, within reason.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, etc.) UNLESS previously discussed and arranged with (myself) the artist.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent. This includes putting the commissioned artwork into any sort of AI generator or website.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes UNLESS previously discussed with and arranged with myself (the artist).

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork as your own in any way, shape or form.

If you cancel before I start the commission you can get a full refund.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.

If for any reason the client cancels the commission after work has already started, they will be issued a refund but will agree to pay the kill fee.

When a commission is canceled after work has already been started, the client must pay a kill fee which is 50% of the commission's price. They will then receive the work as is.
